- Billing information — plan, subscription, and transaction records. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.

We use information to provide Heliorix, operate AI and engineering features, support collaboration, process payments, improve the platform, and maintain security. We may share information with trusted service providers or when required by law.
- Operate the Services, including the AI and engineering features you invoke on your projects.
- Support collaboration across your team and workspace, and keep shared work in sync.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and detect or prevent fraud and abuse.
- Improve reliability, performance, and the capabilities we build next.
- Share with service providers under contract — hosting, analytics, email, and payments — limited to what each one needs to do its job.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your project data to train publicly available AI models.
3. Data Security & Retention
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Data is retained only as needed to provide the Services, meet contractual obligations, or comply with applicable law.
- Encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and least-privilege permissions for internal access.
- Ongoing monitoring and logging across our infrastructure and the providers we depend on.
- Project data is kept while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as legal, contractual, or accounting obligations require.
- You can request deletion of your account and its project data; backup copies age out on our normal retention cycle.
4. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information.
- Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Request a portable copy of the data you have provided to us.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
